What does Fabulousbingo cover?

Fabulousbingo is Tristan Döhl’s software-comparison and product-placement website, covering time tracking, uptime monitoring, browser card games, and developer hiring.

It is not affiliated with Fabulous Bingo or the former casino website. This is not a gambling site: it offers no bingo games, betting, wagers, or cash prizes.

The site publishes time-tracker comparisons for freelancers, uptime-monitoring comparisons, FreeCell and Baker’s Game site comparisons, and a freelancer-versus-agency hiring guide.

Who writes the comparisons?

I’m Tristan Döhl, a software developer based in Aachen, Germany, and the author and operator of Fabulousbingo. You can find my professional profile on LinkedIn, development services and case studies at holy-mail.de, and code under HolyMarcell on GitHub.

My published portfolio describes work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and product delivery. These are first-party accounts of my work, with project scope and technology details to inspect:

Portfolio outcomes are reported by me; they are not an independent review of my work or a guarantee of a reader’s results.

Which products and services does the author own?

I build and operate Cards4, TeeTrack, and Sandglass, and offer development services at holy-mail.de. holyco.de is my own portfolio. Recommendations of these projects promote my own work.

I receive no sponsorship payments or affiliate commissions from outside vendors for this site. Optional analytics at tracking.teetrack.it is also part of my own TeeTrack infrastructure, hosted on the same Hetzner server in Finland. The privacy notice explains consent, retention, and hosting.

How are products selected and facts checked?

Each comparison starts with a reader’s task: billing freelance hours, monitoring a small service, choosing a browser card game, or hiring development help. Products are selected for documented relevance to that task and a public feature or pricing page. The shortlists include my own products and alternatives with different strengths.

I use vendor pricing, documentation, privacy policies, and published demonstrations as sources. I distinguish monthly payments from annual commitments, currencies, plan limits, check intervals, and vendor-reported outcomes. Recommendations reflect the stated criteria, rather than a numerical benchmark or a claim of having tested every feature.

Facts are rechecked for substantive article updates and when a supported correction is reported. There is no fixed review schedule. A “facts checked” date applies to the cited product information; a page’s “updated” date describes its editorial revision. Readers should confirm current terms with the vendor before buying.

How are corrections handled?

Report a correction with the page, the disputed statement, and a supporting source. I review reports personally. There is no guaranteed response or resolution deadline.

When a material factual error is confirmed, the affected article receives a dated correction note explaining what changed, and its relevant fact-check date is refreshed. Minor spelling and formatting edits can be made without a correction note. A newer page-edit date alone does not mean all vendor facts were rechecked.
